The ease of the search platform (with amazing filters, including dimensions down to the cm if you like!) made searching for my perfect rug a breeze. The one in the living room was that first rug. My friend ordered it for me, and it arrived the next day! Talk about amazing service! The second rug, which is in the dining room, was a direct result of the excellent experience I had with selecting, ordering and seeing the first rug. Rug Source takes the guesswork out. If there has been any wear and tear to the rug over the decades, they document it meticulously. I wanted old rugs that had miraculously held up well, and the second rug dates to pre-1900! It complements the living room rug beautifully. The living room rug is between 70 and 80 years old. They just don't make them like they used to! ;) Oh, the stories these two rugs could tell! While you might think that it is better to go into a store (and they have a showroom in Charlotte, NC), I found that being able to search through thousands of rugs and narrow down the search to exactly what I wanted (size, colors, style, age, condition, everything) was a wonderful experience. Pre-1900 Antique 14x18 Kerman Persian Rug

When we purchased a fixer upper to be our eventual retirement home I knew immediately that I would check out the Rug Source for a carpet for the large great room.
